How sleep helps improve your skin

This is my excuse anyway for loving sleeping!
It is a fact that your body/skin repairs and renews itself while you sleep.
It is suggested that you should get at least 8 hours sleep a night to avoid bags under your eyes, puffyness and a dull complexion. I have also heard that the hormones your body produces when it’s sleep deprived may slow collagen production in the skin, which speeds up the appearance of wrinkles and saggy skin which knowone wants.

So.. theres our excuse to sleep more and love our beds lol
